Approach
How HTIP is built, and why it matters
Evidence-led
HTIP is built so that outputs can be traced to the evidence and reasoning behind them.
That matters because healthcare technology decisions are scrutinised — by finance directors, by procurement committees, by auditors and by regulators.
Traceable, audit-ready evidence is a design principle, not a reporting feature.
Professionally governed
HTIP supports professionals. It does not replace them.
Healthcare planners, biomedical engineers, executives and procurement committees retain review, approval and accountability. The platform is built so that governed calculations cannot be silently changed and professional approval cannot be bypassed.
AI-assisted by design
HTIP is being developed as an AI-assisted platform.
AI assistance is designed to support document understanding, information structuring, comparison, explanation and drafting — the labour-intensive work that surrounds professional judgement rather than the judgement itself.
Governed calculations and professional approvals remain under control. AI assistance is being introduced under that governance, not around it.
Discuss it properly
Detailed capability discussions take place directly, under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.
